iPod touch 1G
The iPod touch 1G was the first generation of the iPod touch, and it was released on September 5, 2007. It featured a 3.5-inch display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, 128 MB of RAM, and either 8 GB or 16 GB of internal storage. The iPod touch 1G also had Wi-Fi connectivity, Safari web browsing, and access to the iTunes Store. It was powered by a 400 MHz Samsung ARM11 processor and ran on the iOS operating system (then called iPhone OS) version 1.0. Over time, subsequent versions of iOS were released, but the iPod touch 1G could only be upgraded to iOS 3.1.3, which was the last version of iOS supported by this device.
